na te houden. Maar verrassend genoeg lijken de meeste van ons er toch van overtuigd gezond te eten, ook als dat niet het geval is, zo toont een nieuwe studie aan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-77d11ec\" data-id=\"77d11ec\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc6c29a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fc6c29a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Het betekent dat we dus massaal denken dat we gezonder eten dan werkelijk het geval is. Te veel verzadigd vet en en te veel zout verhogen het risico op slagaderziekte, met of zonder overgewicht. Let op* Het staat hier\u00a0 TE VEEL , maar wat net zo slecht is te weinig. Dit geldt zeker ook voor zout. Ja je leest het goed, te weinig zout is ook zeker gevaarlijk. Dit alles wordt bij de coaching besproken en diepgaand uit gelegd. Zelfs zoveel dat er permanente schade kan ontstaan. Als je jezelf ongezonde voeding gaat verbieden dan wordt de drang naar ongezonde voeding alleen maar sterker. Dus stop met\u00a0 dieeten en leer hoe het moet .
